Colour Theory/ Palettes

Page 4This week we have been looking at Colour palettes bearing in mind colour theory. Colours in an image aren't just there by chance, each element has been carefully thought out. For example, which colours are positioned next to each other? Are they harmonious? Or are they contrasting? And what effect does this have on the consumer?
 
This is the colour palette I create based on this Diane Von Furstenberg Ad:
The first row of swatches were simply swatches of the main six colours in the image.
 The Second were those colours slightly tweaked.
The third in order of importance (which featured the most)
And the final swatch which represents that visually.
